Data Management Information

Passwords

Passwords and school-wide rights for viewing and entering data are given by the District DIBELS Next Coordinator to the DIBELS Next Site Coordinator and the DIBELS Next Site Data Entry Person. Principals are, in general, given school-wide viewing rights upon request, but can be given data entry rights in addition, upon request. The Coordinator or Data Entry Person then sets up the passwords for individual classroom teachers to view their own students. Other school-wide viewing rights (Psychologists, Exceptional Ed Resource teachers, School Improvement Coach, etc.) can be given if a request is made to the principal.
