New Year's Resolution - Help a Child!
Mentor Training Scheduled for 2010
The Educational Enrichment Foundation (EEF) is looking for caring adults to become mentors to middle school students. Project Turn Around is a one-to-one mentor program that matches caring adults with students struggling in school. Mentors meet with their mentee once a week and help them with their homework, develop positive relationships and stay in school.
The next two-day mentor training is scheduled for the following dates:
Tuesday, January 19, 4:15 – 7:15 PM
Thursday, January 21, 4:15 – 6:00 PM
Registration is required. Training will be held in the Doolen Middle School library, 2400 N. Country Club. For more information and to register, please contact Kara Hill at 232-6900 or Kara.Hill@tusd1.org.

The Educational Enrichment Foundation (EEF) is an independent non-profit organization whose purpose is to develop community support for public education and for the children and youth in the Tucson Unified School District.
