Audit Committee Members

The Governing Board has named these five members to the District Audit Committee:

  • Committee Chair:
    • Clifford B. Altfeld, of the Altfeld, Battaile & Goldman law offices.
  • Members:
    • Mary Matiella, CPA, retiree
    • Robert O'Toole, a retiree in business administration
    • Sandra L. Parker, a retiree with a bachelor's degree in accounting.
