The purpose of the employee suggestion plan is to:

  • Encourage employees to participate in school management through the suggestion of ideas for increased economy of operation and improvement of service.
  • Improve employee morale through recognition of employee contributions toward more efficient operation of the school system.
  • Stimulate constructive thinking by employees about their jobs and about functions of the school system generally.
  • Reduce costs to the District and to increase efficiency by the installation of beneficial employee suggestions.
