About our Programs
TUSD's Early Childhood Exceptional Education program is designed
to meet the individual educational needs of children 3-5 years of
age who have identified developmental delays in one or more of the
following areas through the Child Find process:
- personal/social
- adaptive
- motor
- communication
- cognitive
Our Programs
- Project ABLE provides developmental
classes in a structured, consistent environment.
- Partners (offers a less restrictive, structured, yet secure environment, where a child
experiences a developmentally appropriate program, funded by FTF scholarship for typical peers.)
- Explorer Preschool
(offers a less restrictive, structured, yet secure environment, where a child
experiences a developmentally appropriate program.)
- Itinerant Services
provide supplemental instruction to children placed in Head Start , community child care/preschools and PACE.
