Bonds & Architecture supports TUSD with design, construction and other related services in support of the district's educational mission. The Engineering team is a energetic group of diverse background providing project management, construction, inspection and administrative services in support of the mission. In addition to providing basic capital improvement projects , Engineering assists the schools and various support departments with site based projects and consultation.

Project Management Office

The Operations Project Management Office (PMO) is responsible for supporting the project management efforts throughout the District.

  • Goal: To improve the organizational project management maturity and create a framework for consistent project success that enables District organizations the ability to effectively deliver quality products within estimates and expectations.
  • Objectives:
    1. Establish and maintain performance standards and measures to ensure project consistency and success.
      1. Provide services and oversight for selected projects.
      2. Provide mentoring and consulting support.
      3. Provide scope, schedule, budget and risk analysis
    2. Maintain best practices repositories
    3. Sponsor advisory groups that facilitate enterprise project information
    4. Conduct or coordinate regular training programs
